What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? (update)

I have been out of work for 16 weeks and my days blur together. Thank you in advance. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
