What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? (update)

I have been out of work for 11 weeks and my days blur together. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What helps you switch off?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
