What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? (update)

Since my layoff as an administrative assistant I have no real structure. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
