What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? (update)

Since my layoff as an accountant I have no real structure. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
