What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? (update)

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. Thank you in advance. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
