What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? (update)

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
