What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? (update)

Since my layoff as an office manager I have no real structure. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
