What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? (update)

Since my layoff as a data-entry clerk I have no real structure. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
