What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? (update)

Since my layoff as a home health aide I have no real structure. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.
