What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? (update)

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. It has been weighing on me all week. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
