What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? (update)

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I worked as a call-centre agent before this. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
