What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? (update)

Since my layoff as a line cook I have no real structure. Any experience at all would help. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What helps you switch off?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
