What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? (update)

Since my layoff as a paralegal I have no real structure. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
