What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? (update)

Since my layoff as a bank teller I have no real structure. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What helps you switch off?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
