What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? (update)

Since my layoff as a store manager I have no real structure. There are 10 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
