What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? (update)

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. It has been weighing on me all week. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
