What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? (update)

Since my layoff as a school bus driver I have no real structure. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What helps you switch off?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.
