What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? (Spokane)

Since my layoff as an IT help-desk technician I have no real structure. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
