What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? (Seattle)

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. It has been a long 17 weeks. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.
