What does your daily routine look like while job hunting?, school bus driver here

I have been out of work for 13 weeks and my days blur together. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
