What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? (Richmond)

I have been out of work for 18 weeks and my days blur together. I worked as a procurement assistant before this. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What does your day look like?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
