What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? (Raleigh)

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I am in Raleigh, in case local advice matters. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon.

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
