What does your daily routine look like while job hunting?, production planner here

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I am in Louisville, in case local advice matters. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
