What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? (Oklahoma City)

Since my layoff as a janitorial supervisor I have no real structure. Thank you in advance. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
