What does your daily routine look like while job hunting?, nurse's aide here

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I worked as a nurse's aide before this. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon.

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
