What does your daily routine look like while job hunting?, medical assistant here

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I am in Knoxville, in case local advice matters. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What does your day look like?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
