What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? (Louisville)

I have been out of work for 22 weeks and my days blur together. It has been a long 22 weeks. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What does your day look like?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
