What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? (Kansas City)

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I am in Kansas City, in case local advice matters. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
