What does your daily routine look like while job hunting?, insurance claims processor here

Since my layoff as an insurance claims processor I have no real structure. Thank you in advance. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.

Write a short list the night before. Waking up with a plan is a relief.
