What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? (Honolulu)

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I am in Honolulu, in case local advice matters. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
