What does your daily routine look like while job hunting?, graphic designer here

Since my layoff as a graphic designer I have no real structure. It has been weighing on me all week. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What does your day look like?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
