What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - first time posting

I have been out of work for 18 weeks and my days blur together. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
