What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - first time posting

I have been out of work for 16 weeks and my days blur together. Thank you in advance. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
