What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - first time posting

Since my layoff as a line cook I have no real structure. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
