What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - first time posting

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. It has been a long 21 weeks. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.
