What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - first time posting

Since my layoff as a sales associate I have no real structure. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What helps you switch off?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
