What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - first time posting

I have been out of work for 17 weeks and my days blur together. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What helps you switch off?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
