What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - first time posting

Since my layoff as an office manager I have no real structure. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What does your day look like?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
