What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - first time posting

I have been out of work for 12 weeks and my days blur together. I worked as a pharmacy technician before this. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What helps you switch off?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
