What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - first time posting

Since my layoff as a medical assistant I have no real structure. It has been a long 3 weeks. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
