What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - first time posting

Since my layoff as a logistics coordinator I have no real structure. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon. What does your day look like?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
