What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - first time posting

I have been out of work for 23 weeks and my days blur together. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I tried blocking out hours for applications but I lose steam by noon.

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
