What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - first time posting

I have been out of work for 15 weeks and my days blur together. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
