What does your daily routine look like while job hunting? - first time posting

Since my layoff as a hotel front-desk agent I have no real structure. It has been weighing on me all week. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
