What does your daily routine look like while job hunting?

Since my layoff as a marketing coordinator I have no real structure. It has been weighing on me all week. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. How many hours do you really work on the search?

A walk before I start and a call with a friend at lunch keep me steady.
