What does your daily routine look like while job hunting?

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I also want time to exercise and to see people.

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
