What does your daily routine look like while job hunting?, delivery driver here

I have been out of work for 14 weeks and my days blur together. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I also want time to exercise and to see people. What does your day look like?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
