What does your daily routine look like while job hunting?, delivery driver here

Since my layoff as a delivery driver I have no real structure. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty. What helps you switch off?

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
