What does your daily routine look like while job hunting?

I want a realistic schedule for the week that does not burn me out. I worked as an electrician's helper before this. I also want time to exercise and to see people. How many hours do you really work on the search?

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
