What does your daily routine look like while job hunting?

Since my layoff as a medical assistant I have no real structure. This is my first time dealing with any of this. Some days I do nothing and feel guilty.

I use one day for networking, one for applications and one for learning something. Variety helps.

I aim for three focused hours, then stop. More than that and my applications got worse.
